Cách làm:
Ngao tươi sau khi mua về ngâm vào nước muối loãng có thả vài lát ớt khoảng nửa ngày cho ngao nhả sạch đất cát. Bạn cũng có thể ngâm ngao vào nước vo gạo. Sau khi ngâm vớt ngao ra, cọ rửa sạch lớp vỏ rồi để vào rổ cho ráo nước.
