300g măng tây, 1 khay nấm tươi hỗn hợp, 1 củ cà rốt, 1 củ tỏi, gia vị, hạt nêm, dầu hào, dầu ăn.
Cách làm:
Măng tây cắt bỏ phần gốc già, rửa sạch và cắt khúc. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, thái khúc dài vừa ăn. Nấm tươi rửa sạch, cắt chân rồi thái miếng. Đun sôi nước, cho vào một chút muối, cho măng tây vào chần sơ trong nước rồi vớt ra tô nước đá lạnh.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ, phi thơm, cho nấm vào xào, tiếp đó cho măng tây, cà rốt vào xào chín tới, nêm gia vị vừa ăn.
